I found this recipe at Bites of Wellness. I followed the recipe almost exactly, using the option of adding garlic powder to olive oil in place of garlic-flavored oil. While we liked the dish, we agreed that the garlic powder gave the impression that the dish was too salty. I will definitely make this dish again but next time I'll either cut the garlic powder by 1/2, or maybe I'll plan ahead and infuse some oil with crushed garlic in advance.
